Recognized for her diverse expertise in real estate, probate, partnership disputes, and fraud, Naomi serves a global clientele that spans Fortune 500 corporations, insurance carriers, retail chains, high-net-worth individuals, and international investors.
Naomi is also the CEO Align Title, the closing and title company founded to revolutionize the transaction title and closing experience. From streamlining closing processes to implementing cutting-edge technologies, she is constantly pushing boundaries to deliver innovative solutions in the legal and business realms. Committed to nurturing talent and scaling operations, Naomi mentors emerging attorneys, drives firm-wide strategy, and champions the adoption of next-generation legal tech.

Sofiya Shoaib, Esq.

Sofiya Shoaib, Esq. attended Hofstra University School of Law in New York, where she graduated with Juris Doctorate degrees in 2012. After law school, she gained valuable experience in private legal practice working with solo practitioners and law firms in New York, eventually moving onto to pass the Florida Bar and expand her practice to Florida.
Sofiya gained her initial knowledge and experience in Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation and Family law in New York before relocating to Florida in early 2017. Ms. Shoaib is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York. She handles each client’s matter with diligence, compassion and patience and provides her clients with a comprehensive, individualized legal approach to each unique matter.
Sofiya was raised to be a fierce advocate of justice from a young age and provides her clients with a down to earth and straight forward approach to their respective legal issues so that every single client understands the legal process and knows that their interests are being fully
represented and fully protected.
